Please note that your coupon must be for an amount less than your order total. Coupons are one-time use only, and if the coupon value exceeds the order amount, any remaining value will be lost. Additionally, you will not receive points back for any unused portion of the coupon or returned purchases. All coupons can only be used by the account holder.
To view your points balance, open your "loyalty wallet" by clicking the heart icon on the left side of the screen. Log in to your account on the website or mobile app. Your points will be at the top of the loyalty wallet.
If you've already shopped in-store, follow these steps to access your loyalty points:
APP USERS:
1. Open your "loyalty wallet" by clicking the heart icon on the left side of the screen.
2. Click "Sign Up" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Fill out the form using the email you previously provided at checkout, and hit "Create new Account."
4. A message will prompt you to check your email. Open the email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
5. Return to the app and log in with your credentials to start using your points!
ONLINE USERS:
1. Open your "loyalty wallet" by clicking the heart icon on the left side of the screen.
2. Click "Join Now."
3. Fill out the form using the email you previously provided at checkout, and hit "Create Account."
4. A message will prompt you to check your email. Open the email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
5. Return to the website and log in with your credentials to start using your points!
1. Access Your Wallet: Open the "loyalty wallet" from the heart on the left side of the screen and login to your account on the website or mobile app. ⬇️
2. Redeem Points: Choose the "Redeem" option to either exchange points for a new coupon or go to the "Coupons" section to use one you already have. ⬇️
3. Use Coupons: ⬇️
- In-Store: Access your coupons from the "Coupons" tab, select the one you want to use, and show the code to the cashier.
- Online: Open to the "Coupons" tab, choose your coupon, copy the code, and paste it at checkout, or hit "Apply Coupon."
- In-App: Open the "Coupons" tab, select a coupon, and copy the code to use during checkout in the app.
1. Open your "loyalty wallet" on the left side of the screen. ⬇️
2. Click on the "Redeem" tab, where you'll find the 10% off discount at the bottom. ⬇️
3. Click on the discount and then click on "Redeem." This will direct you to the "Coupons" tab. ⬇️
When you're ready to use the 10% off code, select it from the "Coupons" tab and follow these steps to redeem it (Keep in mind, you will have to repeat this process each time you want to use your discount):
- In-Store: Show the coupon code to the cashier.
- Online: Copy the coupon code from the "Coupons" tab and paste it at checkout, or hit "Apply Coupon."
- In-App: Copy and paste the coupon code during checkout in the app.
Your reward points are valid for one year from the date of each purchase. Make sure to use your points before they expire to enjoy discounts on future orders. Stay on top of your points balance and shop before they're gone!
If you make a return, any points lost from that purchase will not be refunded. Be sure to shop confidently, knowing that points are final once applied!
